Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and secretarial support
• Physical and digital agreement/document filings; maintain legal database
• Prepare and arrange for document/agreement execution
• Coordinate with AP and vendors on payment arrangements; maintain invoice database
• Assist in preparing applications to regulatory bodies and business partners
• Perform basic due diligence/data extraction from documents
• Translation
• Assist in sourcing and liaising with certain service providers
• Coordinate with different business units on the above matters
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

• Degree holders (preferably in Law, English or Business discipline);
• 1-3 years full-time work experience, preferably in legal department or law firm
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Able to multi-task effectively, strong organisational skills and detail-orientated
• Computer literate; Fast learner
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Immediately available preferred

• Interest and basic understanding in cryptocurrencies and related technologies is an advantage
