We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Outreach Executive to expand our presence in the gaming and immersive technology ecosystem.

This role involves identifying potential clients, partners, and collaboration opportunities across game studios, Web3 startups, brands, and creators, and driving meaningful conversations that convert into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with:

○ Game studios, publishers, and indie developers

○ Web3 gaming startups and blockchain projects

○ Brands entering gaming (Roblox, metaverse, activations)

  • Execute outreach campaigns via:

○ LinkedIn, email, Discord, Twitter, and other platforms

○ Cold outreach, warm networking, and community engagement

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of:

○ Qualified leads

○ Strategic partnerships

  • Personalize outreach messaging based on:

○ Client needs, product fit, and industry trends

  • Coordinate with:

○ Marketing team for campaigns and content support

○ Sales team for lead handover and conversions

  • Track and report:

○ Outreach performance, response rates, and conversions

○ Lead quality and pipeline growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in:

○ Outreach, lead generation, or business development ○ Preferably in gaming, tech, or Web3 domains

  • Strong understanding of:

○ Gaming ecosystem (studios, platforms, trends)

○ Basic knowledge of AR/VR/XR or Web3 (preferred)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to craft personalized and compelling outreach messages
  • Experience using tools like:

○ LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, CRM tools

  • Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset

Good to Have

  • Existing network in the gaming or Web3 industry
  • Experience in B2B services or tech sales
  • Familiarity with platforms like Roblox, Unity, Unreal
  • Understanding of global markets (US, Europe, MENA, SEA)
