Web3 Legal Manager

Brief Overview: Through your work at Vauld, you will have the opportunity to change money for the 21st century. We’re a leading cryptocurrency platform and are passionate about increasing economic freedom around the world.  

As our Legal Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make an outsized impact on our business by helping us with global expansion. You'll work directly with the CEO, and General Counsel and will be involved with our licensing and compliance plan from idea to completion, and will be involved with working with our compliance officers from every country we expand to. 

You will be empowered to own problems, drive solutions, and are accountable to our business goals. This position comes with a massive influence on how our business grows.  

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing all legal matters at Vauld, closely with our group general counsel Managing a small in-house legal team and working closely with external legal advisers to acquire licenses across all the countries we have intend to extend to Handling our Intellectual Property rights Managing and updating our KYC, AML, and compliance policies and procedures Producing and reviewing commercial agreements and investment subscription agreements Assisting with domestic and foreign trademark ownership Keeping track of all existing agreements and ensuring they are adhered to  

Requirements: Fully qualified lawyer with 6 years of experience managing licensing, producing and negotiating commercial agreements with some experience practicing law in the UK or the US Law degree from a well-reputed university Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills Highly organised, with strong attention to detail Self starter attitude, proactive
