Web3 Manager, Finance and Operations

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Finance and Operations Manager to join their group, focusing on the web 3 sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and operational aspects of the conglomerate, and will be a fantastic opportunity for any motivated talent to bring their extensive experience and expertise to the exciting web3 industry.

What You Will Do

• Prepare regular financial performance reports and analyze budget variances for management review.
• Oversee the management accounts and ensure the accuracy and reliability of accounting information.
• Review and approve expenses and claims in accordance with budget allocations.
• Manage treasury and cash flow to optimize financial resources.
• Monitor and manage debtors and creditors.
• Handle audit, taxation, and company secretary responsibilities for group entities.
• Administer HR and payroll operations.
• Maintain relationships with banks and oversee company bank accounts.
• Execute investments and maintain records of the group's investment portfolio.
• Manage cryptocurrency exposure within the group.
• Address various ad hoc requests as needed.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree, equivalent industry experience, or relevant job experience are all acceptable qualifications.
• Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant auditing and accounting experience, preferably with previous experience at a "Big4" firm.
• Additional experience in other functions such as legal and compliance is a plus.
• Holding a valid CPA or ACCA qualification is required.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical proficiency are essential for effective planning and execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks.
• Self-motivation, unwavering integrity, and accountability are highly valued.
