Location: Sofia (mainly on-site, hybrid after onboarding)
Contract: Fixed-term, minimum 12 months, with potential extension or transition to HR Generalist.
OpenTag is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Office & Events Manager to join our Sofia office on a maternity cover contract.
The Office & Events Manager plays a key role in creating a well-organized, efficient, and positive work environment. This position provides comprehensive administrative support across the company and works closely with the HR department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The role combines office coordination, employee support, and event planning — ensuring the workplace remains organized, welcoming, and well-supported. If you’re proactive, people-oriented, and enjoy being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and friendly office.
Previous experience holding an administrative position (at least 1 year);
Excellent written and spoken English;
University degree;
Experience with Google Products (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Excellent communication and time management skills;
Great collaborator – feels comfortable working in a team environment;
Excellent communication skills with internal and external clients;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Open to feedback and able to adapt to changes.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the administrative management of employee benefits, including additional health insurance, meal vouchers, sports cards, and others.
Manage orders for office supplies, food, drinks, and any other necessary items.
Lead the planning, organisation, and execution of company events together with the HR Manager — including team buildings, workshops, office events, and more.
Develop, manage, and maintain a detailed events schedule; prepare clear plans for each event, liaise between departments, and coordinate all event-related processes.
Take charge of daily office management tasks to ensure a well-organized, efficient, and tidy work environment.
Coordinate travel arrangements according to existing company policies.
Collaborate on various internal projects, such as occupational safety in the office, and get involved in administrative and organizational tasks as needed.
Provide assistance with additional operational tasks, such as shipping.
Handle various document processing activities.
Maintain close communication with all employees and third parties.
