About our Dublin Office

We’re looking to hire an Office Manager Dublin to help with growing and scaling of our fast-paced organization. The Office Manager's responsibilities will include office supply arrangements, greeting visitors, providing general administrative support to our employees and should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office, helping improve company procedures and day-to-day operation. 

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
  • Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
  • Partnering with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Organizing office operations and procedures
  • Coordinating with IT department on all office equipment
  • Ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Managing contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Managing office budget, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Providing general support to visitors
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Addressing employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware and travel arrangements)
  • Liaising with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
  • Planning in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
  • Supporting with identifying and planning out our new long-term office location
  • Handling random executive assistant tasks 

Ideal Experience and Skills

  • Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work on and prioritize multiple projects
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • College degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant will be a plus
  • Experience using Google Workspace (Calendar, Email, G-Drive) in a professional capacity
