Web3 Office Manager

Mycelium is an unstoppable Network of engineers, economists and creatives building on the bleeding-edge of the blockchain technology frontier. Rapidly expanding, this Network seeks to banish the unfairness inherent in financial systems.

Mycelium is currently seeking an office manager to join its Brisbane office and help manage the day-to-day operations of the company. It is expected the office manager is comfortable operating in a support capacity across a wide range of areas, including: HR, secretarial, operations, and internal event organisation.

Attention to detail and initiative are hallmarks of the role.

Your Mission

• Ensuring that the aesthetic of the office is of a high standard
• Manage office amenities, including: Internet, cleaners
• Manage the administration of all tools, including: G suite, Atlassian suite, Slack
• Assist in the onboarding of new employees
• Assist in the organisation of in-house functions and events
• Liaise with building management and other stakeholders to ensure office harmony
• Continue to improve the remote experience for non-Brisbane employees
• Be the ‘first point of contact’ for all external parties visiting the company
