Tattd was founded in 2019 by Laura Schaack, coming from a successful career in tech and a passion for tattooing. Tattd is the liaison between client and artist, all while supporting tattoo culture and the local community.

The Opportunity

Our growing startup app is seeking a young, driven, and motivated Operations Intern with a love for the art of tattooing. This position is for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and who are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a new brand.

The Operations Intern will help execute a number of specialized projects within Tattd, including spearheading a tattoo booking concierge, tattoo NFT project and more. The ideal candidate will be a business school candidate or graduate with interest in early-stage tech startups and/or innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute and report on special projects, with the main goal of testing monetization strategies
• Support overall marketing and operations efforts as needed
• Support the team with targeted research
• Stay up to date on industry trends and relevant current events

Skills/Requirements

• Strong research skills
• Experience working in Excel
• Data collection and organization
• Analytics tracking and reporting

What We’re Looking for in a Candidate

• NYC based preferred
• Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
• Ability to receive and respond to feedback
• Independent and self-motivated; able to stay on task with little supervision
• Excellent time management
• Organized, with high attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Interest in the technology sector

Compensation

Internship is unpaid with the potential to grow into a paid opportunity in the future. Academic credit offered if school permits.
