Web3 Organization Development Manager/ Sr. Manager

Compensation: $70k - $100k estimated

What the day to day looks like:

  • According to the strategic direction and business planning, design and optimize the organizational structure and operating model, improve organizational efficiency.
  • Derive business, organizational and talent insights key to a globalized company (especially in the blockchain industry), help business to iron out obstacles and build positive synergies through introducing OD tools such as organization diagnostics, structure/process design, workforce planning, competency modelling, etc.
  • Build online diagnostic and process management tools to extract / monitor organizational / employee productivity trends, deriving insights and opportunities to catalyse needed organizational changes, providing full change management solution from designing, delivering, tracking to evaluating and iterating after.
  • Propose and manage the decentralized working mode by conducting best practice research, forming solid pros/cons analysis with backing from key leaders in the company and formulate the most appropriate working mechanisms and guidelines for implementation.
  • Lead cross-functional projects or steer project teams to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Closely collaborate and advise key stakeholders globally, based on strategic and organizational needs on these people, customize intervention tools/programs to help them improve managerial and business efficiencies.

Ideal candidate must have:

  • Eight or more years' experience of Organization Development under human resources system.
  • Previous industry focused on Fin-tech, Internet, or big MNC company
  • *Consulting firm experience is big plus to this role(Aon, Mercer, WTW, Accenture, etc.), specialized in OD, TD, Learning related projects.
  • Bachelor's degree or above with expertise in human resources management, corporate management and psychology knowledge, candidates with such professional background are preferred.
  • Strive to develop organizational capability in Internet companies; keep learning cutting-edge knowledge, apply advanced thinkings to practice and accumulate systematic methods constantly.
  • Able to think systematically, analyze logically, manage projects, carry the projects forward, integrate diverse resources, have an acute sense of interpersonal relations and a high spirit of teamwork.
