About the Opportunity
You will create consistent processes and improve team efficiency at scale. You will operate as both systems and process manager responsible for delivering and expanding our talent acquisition processes, tools, systems, and data analytics that enable the recruiting team to scale the company. You will lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, data-driven decision making, and guide change management across the organization. You will bring a modern approach and thought leadership about how to recruit top talent to the company resulting in talent operations efficiencies.
What You'll Do
- Manage a team of 5 Recruiting Coordinators plus future headcount
- Serve as the SME for all of our recruiting systems and tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, etc.) and consistently assess whether we are fully optimizing each tool to meet our hiring goals. You'll also assess the tools themselves and lead change where needed
- Cultivate close partnerships with the recruiting team and other cross-functional partners that enable the successful delivery of efficient and thoughtful programs, processes, and solutions
- Drive adoption of systems, tools, and processes by delivering user-centric training, documentation, and support
- Ensure enablement and new hire onboarding of hiring managers and recruiting team members run smoothly to be successful
- Manage the development of recruiting dashboards and success metrics. Develop weekly, quarterly, and annual reporting on our key performance metrics.
- Develop recruiting insights to use data to build forward-thinking analytics to advise strategic decision making; review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve recruiting productivity efforts
- Identify ways to provide a best-in-class candidate experience and interview processes across all points of the candidate lifecycle
- Own other recruiting operations-related projects such as systems integration, systems implementation, etc. Assist with other recruiting projects including employer branding, university recruiting, recruitment marketing, etc.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in a recruiting or operations focused role, recruiting leadership experience a plus
- 3+ years managing direct reports
- Deep knowledge of recruiting processes, key metrics, and what levers will most dramatically improve the efficiency and effectiveness throughout various stages of scale
- Experience managing and evaluating recruiting tools such as ATS (Lever), CRM (Gem), Sourcing tools (LinkedIn), etc
- Ability to partner with cross-functional team members, while driving innovation and change management
- Strong management experience developing Recruiting talent and building growth plans for them
- An analytical approach, structured problem solver, and strong attention to detail
