Web3 OTC Specialist, Gulf Binance

Responsibilities:

• End to End execution of OTC trades which includes managing user enquiry, sourcing the best quotes and ensure accurate trade execution and settlement for the client.
• Ensure client communication is timely and accurate for OTC trade process.
• Support any VIP enquiries and work with cross functional team to resolve VIP issues.
• Seek to understand the needs of the VIP users. Drive and obtain user insights of VIP customers.
• Support OTC lead in conducting analyses on VIP segment users as well as OTC product usage behavior.
• Support OTC lead in broader partnership opportunities, conducting follow ups and drive and implement partnership projects to success.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to successfully drive all initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales and business development role.
• Detail oriented-ness is essential as the role requires to implement trade execution. 
• Strong interpersonal skills in order to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment often with uncertainty.
• Native fluency in Thai and fluent in both written and verbal English.
• User-focused, data-driven approach to decision making.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter, high sense of ownership, able to drive agendas and execute with minimal guidance or supervision.
• A keen interest in the crypto/blockchain/technology space is essential.
• Experience in relationship management/ VIP management will be a big plus.
