Web3 Paid Search Lead

Looking for a data-driven SEM expert to build and scale OpenSea’s paid search program. This role will be responsible for developing the paid search strategy, measurement, tracking, and automation. You will need to partner and work closely with members across the organization, including data science, product, and engineering. Furthermore, this person will need excellent prioritization and communication skills to manage stakeholders and hit key metrics. 

Responsibilities  - Lead the development and execution of OpenSea’s paid search channel.  - Optimize and scale the channel by leveraging best practices and including copy/messaging testing, account structure, and event optimization. - Frequently report on performance and progress against KPIs and manage within ROAS and growth targets. - Automate processes and bidding to grow efficiently and sustainably. - Launch new campaigns to support the business as it expands to new verticals and product offerings. - Ensure OpenSea stays ahead of the industry and implements new tactics and strategies as the channel evolves. 

Desired Experience - Are data-driven in the extreme. You live for creative measurement approaches, you talk about incrementally and lift testing at the dinner table, testing is as reflexive as breathing. - At least 7 years with SEM and/or paid channels automation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Use data to provide actionable insights and drive us toward the best possible outcome. - Have outstanding interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence (EQ), and the ability to persuade/drive alignment among differing perspectives. - Thrive in collaborative cultures and work cross-functionally with BD, product, legal, finance, and design. - Build strong relationships and have experience doing so with both technical and non-technical audiences. - A plus, if you have experience and/or are passionate in e-commerce and/or the blockchain.
