Chainalysis is hiring a Web3 Partner Program Operations Manager
Location: DC Washington, District of Columbia, United States
Our Global Ecosystem team is an important part of Chainalysis go-to-market. The team supports a diverse community of technology and services firms enabling the global adoption of blockchain technology, from highly specialized boutique crypto-natives to global mature providers. We collaborate closely with our direct sales force, product and service teams to recruit and develop strategic alliances that accelerate Chainalysis sales and customer success objectives.
The Partner Program Operations Manager at Chainalysis is a critical individual contributor who has strong operational savvy, excellent collaboration skills, and an eye for improving and designing processes for scale. We’re looking for someone who has experience operating a global partner program for a high growth technology company. An ideal candidate has a track record of collaborating with partner account managers, systems, revenue operations and leadership to effectively support a growing partner business. We measure your success by the meaningful impact on partner success, channel sales and operational efficiency.
In one year you’ll know you were successful if…
- You serve as a global subject matter expert for all things Chainalysis Partner Program
- You successfully onboard new partners including but not limited to processing partner applications, contracts and partner due diligence
- You provide critical Partner Portal internal and external support, along with development in collaboration with systems and Revenue Operations teams.
- You effectively manage the Chainalysis Deal Registration program lifecycle
- You have facilitated the development of systems and processes that add value by increasing sales productivity through our partners
- You have provided partner program reporting to support effective decision making
A background like this helps:
- Experience in the crypto industry and/or understanding of blockchain data. Insatiable curiosity about cryptocurrencies and the growing market
- Minimum 5 years experience operating technology partner programs, onboarding and portals
- Strong track record of channel operations with a fast-paced global technology company
- Detail oriented, energetic team player
- Proficiency in using modern business software to collaborate, such as GSuite, Zoom and Slack
