Wirex Limited is hiring a Web3 People & Business Operations Manager
Compensation: $54k - $100k estimated

This person will work closely with,andsupport,theGlobal Head of Peoplewith key people and business operations objectivesacross a global remit. Must be highly IT literate withstrong data analytics skills.Act as mentor toPeople Assistantand work closely with Talent team to ensure joined-upthinking.
The role
- Be the “right hand person” to the Global Head of People andsupport to define and deliverWirex’sPeople Ops strategyand identify a roadmap that supports the business in achieving its strategic mission
- Take ownership of allpeople and business operations relatedactivities (not limited to);
- Ensure accurate and efficient support is provided at all stages of the employee lifecycleincluding overseeing payrolland benefitsadministration
- Strive for excellence as an individualand as part of a team
- Build solid relationships withsenior global managers
- Create detailedreports onTalent &HR costs / People metrics, for senior management
- Create and maintainTalent &HR budgets
- Work closely with senior stakeholders globally to ensurepolices and procedures are kept up to date with current local employment legislation
- Lead on Health & Safety matterssuch as: post-covid working/health and wellbeing initiatives
- Ensure a seamlessintegration between Talent and People processes and policies
- Business operations –managelease renewals/officespace/liaison with building management/supervision of post and phone(in collaboration with people assistant)
- Assist with globalPeopleprojects as required
- Assist Head of People with design ofglobal compensation and benefits packages
- Monitor internal systems and databases (must be very systems savvy)
- Act in a senior capacity to guide and mentorjunior members of the team
- Continuallyreview people and business operations and make recommendations for improvementsand efficiencies
- Wirexoffer hybrid working – howeverdue to the nature of the rolewe wouldexpecttherole-holder tovisit the office2/3 times per month
Requirements
- Be able to workautonomously
- Be able to work at pace, in asometimes-ambiguousenvironment
- Health and Safety/Wellbeing experience/qualifications highly advantageous
- Solidand demonstrableoperational HRexperiencein a regulated environment isvital
- Degreeor CIPD qualification in HR useful, but not necessary
- Strong UK employment law knowledge
- Ideally experience of employmentlaw/pay and benefits in the US/Singaporeregions
- Excellent IT skills, including intermediate to advanced Word,Excel andvery adept atcreatingPowerPointpresentations
- Superorganisedand excellent attention to detail
- Must be results driven and detail oriented
