The People & Culture team’s mission is to create a meaningful foundation that attracts, hires, and grows individuals who are inspired to join our revolution to reshape finance with crypto. We started by building the first layers of people and cultural topics. Now that we’ve got that covered, we are moving to the next phase that focuses on building a strong employee experience function within Nuri. We are growing fast and scaling within Europe, so we are looking for a great person who can support the organization of the whole people experience cycle, as well as optimizing our processes on operations with new initiatives and automation. Our People Experience ​subteam consists of a Sr. People Experience Manager, one Junior People Experience Manager and our great Office manager.

Your mission

• You support our employees and Managers in navigating our culture through people processes

• You continuously improve existing People Experience processes with a focus on onboarding and probation period management, performance and development processes including feedback reviews and our employee engagement survey

• You ensure that we have a solid system for contract management, internal policies, compensation and benefits that makes us ready for future growth and are legally compliant and fair

• You will support a flawless employee experience for international employees, focussed on assessing different employment options outside Germany and directly working with our Remote.com partner

• You manage relocations through our relocation tool Localyze and understand how to support people when they need an extension on their visa or work permit or with administrative process when moving to Berlin

• You support with the payroll process through Personio and with our external partners

• You are responsible for keeping our People operations tool Personio up to date and always look for ways to professionalize our digital processes

• You create a dashboard that gives an overview on people experience highlights and lowlights with actionable recommendations

• You co-create remote and face2face internal cultural events, celebrations and appreciation activities for our employees

Your profile

• You have gained 2+ years of experience in people operations, services and payroll

• You have good knowledge of the German labour-, social- and tax law & regulations

• Communication and transparency are two of your main values, and you understand how to manage confidential matters

• You have strong attention to detail and a relentless focus on improving processes and data accuracy

• You bring experience in helping (technical) teams and people working remotely

• You are confident and can work in a fast-paced, scaling environment autonomously and deliver quality results quickly

• You are known for your positive attitude and your passion for helping others in creating a better work/life experience

• You are a communicator by heart, both written and verbal, with fluency in both German and English

• Bonus: first-hand experience with the tool Personio and/or cultureamp
