Web3 People Ops Lead

OpenSea is the first and largest marketplace for non-fungible tokens, or NFTs. Applications for NFTs include collectibles, gaming items, domain names, digital art, and many other items backed by a blockchain. NFTs have brand new properties that go beyond traditional digital items: they’re unique, provably scarce, liquid, and usable across multiple applications. This role will require the ability to move quickly as we navigate a high-growth period to design and roll out programs that best support our teams from establishing foundational people programs, managing our HR tech stack, focusing on workplace experience, and more.
