This is a Hybrid role so you will need to be able to be in the office every other week
Here are the highlights of the position:
Looking for someone who has experience with a migration to FSM – a big project - We are in a migration from Lawson to InFor SS all run by landmarks. We are looking for someone with Infor or Landmark who can support having someone with Infor financials, payroll, and procurement expertise.
- Required
- Able to navigate within Infor Landmark environments.
- Proficient with Landmarks Configuration Console/ LPL coding.
- Proficient developing complex Infor Process Automation (IPA) processes.
- Proficient with JavaScript coding.
- Preferred, not required
- COBOL coding.
- Knowledge of the Lawson S3 database table structure for financials, procurement, Payroll, AP, AR.
- Experience creating SQL queries.
- Lawson S3 Integrations to/from financials, procurement, Payroll, AP, AR.
- Has any experience with FSM.
- Has any experience with Infor’s ION BOD technology/integrations
- Can create ION workflows/dataflows.
- Experience creating and modifying Landmark security classes and roles.
Summary
The purpose of this job is to provide support for the various applications, processes, data, and reports utilized by the company, guests, and vendors;
develop fixes, features, and enhancements for new and existing applications; serve as project leaders.
Essential Functions
1. Develop and enhance the company’s customer applications and reports created from Infor technology tools
2. Develop Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application development
(Infor) including Infor Process Automation, Configuration Console, Design Studio and Lawson Business Intelligence
3. Administration of the ERP (Infor) which includes adding users, modifyingsecurity access to the application, applying patches, and performing upgrades
4. Provide support for Infor addressing user issues as needs arise with day-to -day operations
5. Provide Infor user maintenance including the addition of new hires and disabling terminated employees
6. Add new functionality for Infor as products become available
7. Provide BSI Tax Factory maintenance support
8. Configure, implement, maintain, and upgrade ERP application modules (e.g., human resources, finance, supply chain management)
9. Analyze user requirements to determine ERP system configuration and customization
10. Participate in defining requirements and selecting software vendors
11. Train support staff and other team members on the proper use and troubleshooting of software applications
12. Collaborate with business users to define and/or clarify requirements for newor modified features
13. Provide direction and assist team members through mentoring, collaboration, and code reviews
14. Serve as point of contact for business users, app support, and other developers for questions regarding current applications and processes
15. Determine flow and assignment of tasks to meet milestones and guide team through agile development process to ensure on-time delivery of
high quality final product
16. Lead project components and perform project management duties for development of applications; oversee work of external resources
17. Troubleshoot and analyze issues with applications, processes, data, and reports; determine appropriate action to follow to resolve issues
18. Test application code, features, functionality, and fixes; provide quality assurance (QA) for developers as needed
19. Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and users to assist in supporting day-to-day business functions
20. Create new documentation and update existing documentation for IT systems and processes; determine the related format, process, and
diagrams to be used in the creation of materials
21. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
22. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies and procedures
23. Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in computer science or MIS
• Minimum five years’ experience in application development
• Microsoft .Net development experience preferred
Specialized Knowledge
• General understanding of ERP, HCM, and EFM systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc) required
• Windows Systems Administration and batch scripting preferred
• Working knowledge of HTML and Java Scripts preferred
• Skilled in PL/SQL or T/SQL and basic DBA skills required
• Demonstrated knowledge of software development in a modern programming language required
• Demonstrated knowledge of C# and/or VB.Net preferred
• Knowledge of SQL and the ability to write and understand complex queries preferred
• Understand and adhere to software development standards, guidelines, and protocols
