Position Overview
The Premium Events Coordinator is responsible for supporting management and staff for events held at Crypto.com Arena, Microsoft Theater, and L.A. LIVE.
The candidate will take charge of administrative duties, including but not limited to; monitoring the Premium Event Services inboxes, maintaining trackers, assisting with ticket management while utilizing our ticketing and CRM platforms, and assisting in research projects.
The Coordinator is expected to assist in the professional execution of any VIP experiences, group experiences, and any client appreciation/ prospecting events. Additionally this role is responsible for providing support to the sales representatives and their newly signed clientele.
This support is including, but not limited to; assisting in creating on-boarding documentation and meetings, with parking and catering inquiries and to assist in communicating any event specific information. They shall also aid the sales representative with the organization and execution of any unique requests of the client for an event.
Essential Functions
- Maintain PES Inboxes, trackers, ticketing assistance (Kings, Clippers, Online)
- Distribute email leads to the Premium Events side of our business, in addition to responding customer concerns. Assisting reps with service related questions
- Assist clientele with the execution of unique client events within Event Suite inventory, while coordinating with internal entities for execution
- Assisting management with the planning and organizing of membership-based programs and VIP/Group experiences
- Assist in suite visits, and the execution of all VIP events and client private events, in addition to client entertainment/prospecting events
- Assist management with ad hoc projects on an as needed basis
Required Qualifications
- A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)
- A minimum of 2-4 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of sports and entertainment, event management and/or event operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to establish/maintain effective working relationships with building staff, guests, clients, and vendors
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and written skills in English
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot quickly and efficiently
- Work efficiently in a constantly changing environment
- Available to work at least five (5) event shifts per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- This role requires a flexible schedule, in addition to working select events on evenings and weekends
