Web3 Prime Client Service Manager

The Prime Lending Client Service Manager will work for BitGo in New York City; Palo Alto, CA; or Sioux Falls, SD and be responsible for performing all operations tasks related to BitGo Prime’s cryptocurrency lending service, including:

  • On-boarding new clients
  • Managing new client contracts and loan term sheets
  • Asset transfer entry and tracking
  • Activity and balance reconciliation
  • Monthly invoicing and payables/receivables tracking
  • Work closely with account managers, on-boarding, operations, technology, clients, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for clients from initial on-boarding to settlement
  • Organize and manage KYC and AML procedures
  • Act as the voice of the client to escalate communication to internal teams
  • Perform operations procedures and keep detailed records
  • Develop great relationships with key stakeholders
  • Update and manage daily reporting for clients and internal use
  • Manage month end invoicing, payables, and receivables
  • Report to the Senior Prime Client Service Manager

Skills & Experience

  • Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous middle- or back-office or relationship management experience in a financial environment. Operations experience in stock loan/sec lending, prime brokerage, etc. is a plus
  • Direct experience managing and interacting with clients
  • Comfortably manage competing priorities in a fast-moving, dynamic start-up environment
  • Hands-on Excel/Word/PowerPoint or Google Sheets/Docs/Slides use; Google App Script programming exposure is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills; well-written
  • Genuine interest in financial services and cryptocurrency; crypto experience professionally or personally is a plus
  • UNIX command line experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience
