We are looking for a Producer to empower our teams at Dynasty and be the middleperson between various departments, facilitating and ensuring a smooth development. This is an opportunity to work on a brand-new title that is currently in the very early stages with a rapidly, but carefully expanding team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist and coordinate with Lead Producer in managing the project(s) and the overall production processes.
- Mentor and coordinate with the Associate Producers on a daily basis to ensure a smooth production across all teams.
- Liaising between key stakeholders such as team leads.
- Facilitate teams and ensure they have everything they need to achieve their set goals.
- Manage planning, backlog and sprints.
- Coordinate with external partners and outsourcers.
- Coordinate teams and oversee to ensure that the tasks, scrum boards and documentation is being kept up to date.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years experience in game production.
- Demonstrable game production experience of all phases on a title; from conception to release.
- Experience using dev tracking tools such as JIRA, Trello, HacknPlan, Hansoft.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent or business level English - written and spoken.
- Experience leading a team or even better multiple teams.
- Experience managing production schedule.
PERSONAL
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive and able to work unsupervised.
- Passionate about talking to team members on a regular basis and be a servant leader.
BONUS SKILLS
- Passion for computer games and technology.
- Has interest in blockchain and NFTs either in business career or personally.
