Web3 Producer

We are Mythical Games. A fully funded next-generation game technology company at the intersection of video games and blockchain. Our goal is to lead the industry with the launch of exceptional video game experiences that leverage Blockchain Technology, while also providing a platform of robust tools that will allow any other game developer to do the same.

We are looking for a highly-skilledProducer to join our growing Mythical Europe team based in Stockholm, Sweden.As a Producer for the Mythical Stockholm team it is your task to make sure that we deliver on the creative vision of our games in a timely fashion, that the team is highly motivated at all times and understands both the short- and long term plans for our products. You have deep experience from F2P and/or AAA games production and you have been part of several game launches at scale. You are extremely comfortable with iterative development, early testing and rapid prototyping. You also understand that everything centers around people and you are an expert communicator.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, own and direct the production efforts in one or several of our titles
• Make sure our products are on time and on spec at all times
• Communicate progress regularly with both external and internal stakeholders
• Track, control and manage project status through established tools of the trade
• Own the development process end-to-end

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a producer in F2P or AAA
• Outstanding communicator
• You have a solid understanding of established F2P metrics and their impact on product
• A deep understanding of UA, ASO, ROAS and other mobile marketing concepts
• You know what good looks like and how to get there
