We are looking for an experienced Product Operations Manager to join our Trust and Safety organization. In this role, you will build out the foundations for the organization’s operational processes and scale the impact of our Operations teams. You will collaborate closely with our Product, Policy, Operations, Data, and Search & Discovery teams to create and manage launch requirements for new risk management features on our product surface. You will create workflows to make sure that the voice of our customers is being heard. We are looking for someone who is driven and proactive, has a strong bias towards action, and can manage complex cross-functional initiatives effectively.
