Web3 Product Strategist

IO Global, creators of the blockchain platform Cardano are looking for a Product Strategist to join their Product team. As Product Strategist at IOG you will be responsible for supporting our product teams in shaping their product strategy and identifying the strategic trajectory of our global product portfolio. You will report into the Product Strategy Principal and as part of the product office, you will work across all teams to support , coach and drive our teams to deliver key strategic outputs.

Your mission

• Researching the competitive landscape to find unserved needs and market opportunities.
• Analyzing product performance and providing detailed reports and recommendations to product leaders and executive leadership
• Collecting, analyzing and presenting complex research findings to management in an easy-to-consume manner
• Coaching Product Managers on the product strategy process, development and expected outcomes
• Organizing and conducting workshops with product teams to drive delivery of key strategy outputs
• Building a symbiotic relationship with our corporate strategy team
• Ensuring we drive alignment on business objectives across the organization at all time
• Feed into the pricing, marketing and sales process through comprehensive market research and competitors knowledge
• Participate in product strategic planning, identify trends, opportunities, risks and threats and recommend strategic options on where to take our product tomorrow
• Identifying strategic partnerships
• Supporting Quarterly business review inputs.
  
  

Requirements

Your expertise

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• BSc or BA in business administration, marketing or strategy
• Experience as a strategy consultant will be appreciated
• Experience in the blockchain and crypto space is a plus
• Proven experience in technology companies and working with leading technology products
• Strong experience in a highly competitive market environment
• Experience in the service sector

IOG is a fully distributed organization and therefore this is a remote position. Due to team distribution we are ideally searching for someone in a European timezone (UK, Ireland, Poland, Germany, & The Netherlands, for now) or East Coast US timezone.
