Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and passionate Accelerator Program Director to spearhead and manage one of our core accelerator programs focused on Industry 4.0 and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in venture building, stakeholder management, strategy and operations, preferably in the realm of consultancy, engineering, or large corporate and manufacturing environments. This role requires a hands-on approach, including travel within the region and managing multiple teams. The program involves engagement with some of the most innovative mega projects in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct all aspects of the accelerator program, ensuring alignment with our company’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
- Review and align all program content and materials specific to the accelerator program to match client requirements and company messaging.
- Develop and expand our network of mentors, corporates, and partners specifically for the accelerator program.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, mentors, investors, and startups.
- Ensure and oversee day-to-day activities are conducted in accordance with established processes and best practices.
- Coordinate with the global team on creating all curriculum and material, ensuring they adhere to our standards and align with client objectives.
- Lead planning and delivery of Demo Days and other key events associated with the accelerator program.
- Oversee accelerator program calendars, events, sessions, and one-on-one meetings.
- Deliver subject matter expertise sessions to startups in key entrepreneurship vertical areas.
- Manage the recruitment, training, and day-to-day activities of program staff.
- Ensure legal documentation related to the accelerator program is in order to safeguard the company’s interests.
- Build additional resources for accelerated teams.
- Oversee partner recruitment and onboarding for the accelerator program.

- Solid experience managing large projects, preferably in venture capital, consultancy, or large corporate environments.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and current manufacturing trends and technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with proficiency in strategy and operations of programs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
