The Role

RippleX is growing rapidly and we are looking for a results-oriented and passionate Program Manager to support team planning, process optimization, and general program management. Reporting to the RX Chief of Staff, you will have the opportunity to own a wide variety of initiatives, including team headcount and financial planning, reporting, and other operational initiatives. You will work with RippleX team leads as well as cross-functionally to ensure that we are setting effective targets, staying on track, and quickly escalating issues to team management. You will also dive in with team leads on specific projects as needed; conducting research on industry and market trends, and working to incorporate your analysis and forecasts into strategy and planning.

This role is based in San Francisco; remote optional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help lead our strategic planning process for RippleX
  • Develop and implement the processes for how we manage OKR and metric setting and track business performance
  • Partner with stakeholders across the company to ensure we have an achievable, integrated financial and operational plan
  • Continuously monitor progress to make sure we are tracking to targets, flag when we are at risk of missing the plan, and quickly develop a plan of action
  • Partner with functional leads to analyze market, industry, regulatory and technology trends and incorporate them into a comprehensive growth strategy

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience with project or program management experience across complex, multidisciplinary teams
  • Exceptional business judgment: ability to create sound frameworks to drive decisions
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results without direct reporting relationships
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomatic image to all stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work
  • Experience coordinating with geographically diverse teams and customers
  • Ability to independently manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between business units
