About the Team:

This team is part of the Global Operations (G-Ops) Centre, where it home to specialised teams of operations experts, many with years of first-hand experience across a wide range of industries and sectors. We work closely with all our key stakeholders, such as Compliance, Product, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and Payment Operations to successfully launch various global products while understanding the associated risks and management strategies for business growth.

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an energetic and performance-focused Regional Site Director based in Dublin. Your charter is to drive our transformation, building the site and team as part of our international footprint expansion, and provide day-to-day operational leadership the site and functions by working closely with all our cross-functional partners and stakeholders.

At your core, you’ll practice servant leadership, learn the meaning and execution of the Effortless Experience Strategy; thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, process-driven environment, and be able to adapt and adjust plans on the fly. You must also have strong prioritisation skills and a willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done. Most importantly, you’ll drive strategies and execution plans in the transformation, and help to mature the teams at the site in a possibly shortest time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Communicate local and corporate office policies to staff and comply by leading by example.
  • Forecast on budget relating to business levels, financial and personnel needs, organisational plans and facility requirements on time.
  • Develop and evaluate regional talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Execute regional office contracts and operating locations within regional responsibility.
  • Ensure future profitability through performance reviews and routine discussions on competencies and achieved results.
  • Review on performance, hold staff meetings and mentor regional staff.
  • Develop planning process, timing and quality holistically.
  • Leverage data to identify opportunities and gaps in performance and coordinate actions across your leadership team to deliver improved results
  • Model servant leadership, change management, business ownership, brand guardianship
  • Inspire your leaders to be relentless advocates for the customer and employee
  • Champion individual and team development across your organisation, build bench strength
  • Provide strong, low-ego leadership and bring passion to everything you do

What We Look For In You:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior management position and experienced in a fast-growth and fast-paced organisation.
  • The ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Efficient and effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong empathy for customers; employs a customer-backward approach
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret management intelligence and business intelligence to develop strategy and make recommendations
  • Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire and motivate others
  • High EQ; excels in navigating the highly collaborative and matrixed environment and leading with influence

Nice to Haves:

  • You either are already or are eager to become an expert in the blockchain and cryptocurrency landscape and will understand how speculators, traders, digital asset exchanges, blockchain money services businesses, and financial institutions operate.
  • Familiarity with product management processes and tools
  • Experience working with teams across offices and time zones
