Web3 SDR Manager

This is a manager level role, reporting to the SVP of Global Sales. This person will have line responsibility for a global team of inside sales representatives (SDRs). The position carries a base salary and on-target variable compensation (OTV) for attained results (70/30 structure).

The role ideally requires the following experience:

• 5+ years of managing an inside sales function in Fintech or Crypto industry
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
• Clear leadership skills demonstrated by high levels of team motivation and morale
• An active, hands-on coach who works daily with team members to improve performance
• A keen understanding of messaging and engagement tactics
• Has strong skills in market segmentation and pipeline development
• Ability to work cross-functionally with revenue operations, marketing, and CPS teams
• An analytical and highly numerate forward-thinker
• Understands compensation structures and target setting
