About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior IT Specialist who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Security team, which you will be managing many internal (and some external) facing services, and systems that are integral to getting work done in WOO, meeting compliance requirements, continuously improving our security posture, effectiveness, and efficiency.. What you’ll be working on:

• Management of services and systems, providing solutions that meet functional, security, and compliance requirements. This includes IdPs, collaboration and messaging systems, IT infrastructure, and other IT services (i.e., Google Workspace, Atlassian Clound, Slack, Jamf Pro, office network, etc.)
• Development and documentation of policies and SOPs, collaborating with teams.
• Implement IT policies and SOPs.
• Management of the IT Helpdesk, including fullfillment of requests in it.
• Management of IT equipment, and inventories
• Perform audits, and address issues to meet compliance requirements, and to continuously improve the overall security of the organization.
• Evaluate services and solutions, vendors.

About you:

• 5+ years of experience in IT administration and application management.
• Good communication skills in English, and Chinese.
• Knowledge and experience with access control, identity management, and related.
• Knowledge and experience with management of Atlassian, Google Workspace, MDMs.
• Knowledge and experience in running an IT Helpdesk.
• Knowledge and experience in networking equipment and protocols.
• Management of Apple computers is desired.
• Scripting, Programming, integration with APIs is an advantage.
• Analytical, logical thinking, patience, and perseverance.
