Ripple is hiring a Web3 Senior Manager, Global Workplace Operations

Ripple is looking for an experienced, professional and accountable Sr. Manager of Workplace Operations to join our rapidly expanding Workplace Operations team. Based in San Francisco, you'll be responsible for all workplace operations globally to support strategic growth and positive workplace experience. You will lead planning, acquisition and development of existing and new properties in a fast and dynamic environment. You will have responsibility for site budgets, vendor management, maintenance and operations, contract services and negotiations, and the purchasing of materials, supplies and equipment. In this role you will hire and manage a cohesive operations team capable of supporting the company’s expansion plans and business objectives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Prioritize operational needs and requirements from executive team on company expansion efforts both domestically and internationally; direct and ensure implementation of these efforts from a workplace perspective
- Have great customer services skills in support of management of a positive and inviting workplace experience to align with corporate culture
- Management of the real estate portfolio to include space plan, occupancy and vacancy reporting, seating assignments, and projections for growth requirements
- Liaison for landlords and property managers regarding building and workplace issues
- Manage an evolving top tier employee services organization including food & beverage, preventative maintenance and customer support
- Lead key initiatives by collaboration with key stakeholders internally and externally to achieve corporate objectives
- Develop and manage budgets for workplace operations Opex and Capex expenditures globally
- Negotiation with property management companies, service providers and contractors
- Use analytics and various business metrics to drive strategic decision making as it relates to day to day operations, expansion requirements and facilities support domestically and internationally
- Manage staff that support organizational functions, corporate events, and general meetings
- Manage corporate logistics to include mailroom and shipping and receiving
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 7+ years of experience in workplace operations management, preferably in a high tech, high growth; including international experience
- Experience with multiple office site selections, expense forecasting, budgeting, and facility project management across multiple locations in tandem
- Proven leader. Capable of hiring and developing top notch team members
- Excellent negotiation skills. Get things done!
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems and all construction related trades
- Top notch communicator and presenter – both written and verbally. Ability to communicate concisely and effectively with peers, senior leadership, internal customers, and outside vendors
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Strong project management skills a must
