Web3 Senior Software Engineer

HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $70 - $90 USD / HR

ESTIMATED DURATION: 40Hrs/Week - Long-term, ongoing project

About the project

I's a Layer2 scaling solution for Ethereum and other blockchains. It is based on the payment channel paradigm and is extremely focused on amazing UX. Some of the most interesting and exciting work in blockchains/Web3 is happening in the Layer2 space!

We are a small, passionate, and experienced team who have already built successful Web3 projects. We are currently working on bringing Web3 to the social space, with the potential of mass adoption on the horizon.

Responsibilities

• Participate in designing and growing our state-of-the-art payment channel platform
• Expand and improve the core system with new features and services
• Write beautiful Python code
• Work closely with our software architect
• Engage in our team's design and code reviews
• Communication and collaboration with a fully distributed team

Absolute must haves

• Python
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure services such as AWS
• Knowledge and understanding of cryptography
• Familiarity with enterprise software architecture (should be senior level)

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Python
• Excellent software engineering ability
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure services such as AWS

• Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies
