About the Role
As a dedicated Solutions Architect, you will be pivotal in driving the next stage of growth for Chainlink. You'll work closely with talented sales, product management, and integrations coworkers, acting as a trusted advisor to prospective users by demonstrating how Chainlink’s decentralised oracle network, blockchain oracle infrastructure, and data integration capabilities can securely and reliably connect blockchains to real-world data, off-chain systems, and external APIs.

The Sales team will rely on your technical and product expertise throughout the sales cycle. You will be an integral part of the success of both our users and Account Executives by performing technical discovery qualification, making architectural recommendations for Chainlink solutions, delivering product demonstrations and PoCs, and troubleshooting technical configuration and integration issues.

As a passionate blockchain advocate and user-focused technical advisor, you will connect the dots between technical solutions and business value for users, helping them understand how blockchain oracles, data feeds, cross-chain messaging, and secure off-chain data integrations can power the next generation of DeFi, RWA/tokenised assets, and enterprise blockchain applications.

Requirements

• Computer science or technical background with at least 5 years of extensive technical account and relationship management experience across large, complex account structures, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels and functions of an organisation

• 2+ years working in RWA/tokenised assets environments and/or experience working with decentralised applications (DApps), smart contracts, blockchain technology, blockchain oracles, or Web3 data infrastructure

• Hands-on or working experience with blockchain oracle networks, data feeds, off-chain data integrations, API integrations, and/or middleware connecting smart contracts with external systems

• Strong technical understanding, including the ability to read and comprehend code such as Solidity, Rust, or Move, and navigate large-scale software development projects

• Experience performing technical discovery qualification with prospective users

• Ability to make architectural recommendations for Chainlink solutions, including oracle-powered data integrations, smart contract connectivity, and secure blockchain infrastructure

• Experience troubleshooting technical configuration, integration, and data connectivity issues

• Pre-sales technology solutions experience, with the ability to deliver Proofs of Concept and confidently run product demos involving blockchain infrastructure, oracle services, or data integration workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Business acumen and experience supporting or driving commercial negotiations

• Confidence speaking with clients, including technical, product, and business stakeholders

• Customer success experience with mission-critical software products, infrastructure platforms, or data integration solutions

• Deep care for user success and helping customers make optimal use of Chainlink products

• Solid understanding of or experience in the Solana ecosystem

• Familiarity with decentralised oracle networks, on-chain/off-chain data flows, tokenised asset infrastructure, or enterprise blockchain integrations
