The Role
An Individual contributor (IC) role at a cross section between technical execution and business goals. This role requires strong technical, project management, analytical, and process optimization skills. You will lead the work to deliver across teams, organization, and/or regional boundaries. You will create cohesion to ensure solutions delivered function properly end-to-end. Your Impact is defined by successful long term technical and architectural outcomes across many teams and dependencies that meet our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the effective and efficient delivery of a large, complex technical delivery and its associated projects
- Drive effective cross-functional teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitments across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs with technical constraints
- Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues, and risks at multiple levels
- Create, maintain, and communicate program information to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years technical product or program management or technical leadership experience
- Experience with project delivery for large, cross functional projects
- Experience in strong partnerships - experience in managing many partners, the depth & involvement, issues, etc.
- Is data driven, can leverage data & their peers to build a picture & derive insights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex dependencies and competing priorities across organizational functions
- Technical skills to understand depth and breadth of a large scale architecture and designs
