The Opportunity We're seeking passionate Engineers to join our dynamic team at Textile. In this role, you'll work on innovative projects that push the boundaries of information exchange, developing robust and scalable technical solutions that have a meaningful impact on our mission. What You'll Achieve: Within your first year, you will:
Design and implement core infrastructure and engineering systems. Collaborate across teams to solve complex technical challenges. Develop and maintain high-performance, maintainable software. Contribute to architectural decisions that drive platform innovation. Create tools and processes that enhance team productivity and technical capabilities. Research and contribute to the product vision and help define the roadmap of multiple products.
Skills You'll Need: You’re likely a great fit if you...
Have 5+ years of production-level experience. Have a strong understanding of cryptography. Have familiarity with peer to peer networks. Have experience with Ethereum and/or other EVM blockchains. Have a broad understanding and passion for Web3. Are comfortable leading blockchain-related technical research. Are an excellent communicator and writer. Are incredibly curious, professional, personable, and self-directed. Have track-record of influencing and making critical decisions. Have open-source project experience. Have attention to detail with a passion for software architecture and design.
Bonus Points:
Familiarity with any part of our tech stack: onchain/web3, SQL, big data, NFTs/tokens, etc. Leadership in driving team objectives, balancing business needs with team dynamics, and personal development. A broader appreciation for the pioneers of computing and a personal investment in areas beyond technology.
