The team

As a Product Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and scaling Kraken’s Earn products. This includes initiatives such as staking, stablecoin support, and the launch of new staking assets. Our team ensures the smooth operation of core processes like integrations, reward distribution, and payout management, critical components that power the entire Earn product suite. By combining technical and operational expertise, you will help strengthen the infrastructure that enables Kraken’s customers to earn rewards seamlessly and securely.

The opportunity

• Support the Earn Core pod, focusing on staking and stablecoin enablement

• Drive operational processes related to staking asset additions and integrations

• Partner with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to deliver backend-heavy, technically complex initiatives

• Ensure smooth execution of operational workflows that are foundational to the Earn product suite

• Apply technical expertise to evaluate, troubleshoot, and optimize staking and stablecoin operations

• Contribute to process improvements and best practices that strengthen Earn Core’s technical and operational foundation

Skills you should HODL

• 5+ years of Product Ops (or similar) experience, ideally supporting technical product areas

• Experience with passive income generating financial products

• Solution oriented, highly-motivated and proactive self-starter

• Well-rounded interpersonal skills, and experience interacting with diverse personalities

• Outstanding organizational and communication skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities

Nice to haves

• Deep crypto knowledge, and a history of using staking products
