Web3 Strategy Associate

About The Role

As a Strategy Associate you will work closely with our executive team on high priority initiatives across the organization – helping shape the future of Aptos and the web3 industry. This position will work with leaders in the organization to solve a wide range of top priority work streams – from scaling early product offerings, to building new functions within the organization, and identifying key business initiatives for the company to pursue. You will dive into some of the most complex work streams in the organization and work closely with cross functional teams to prepare Aptos for the next stage of growth. You will be relied on for analytical work but also feel comfortable dropping into key problem areas, rolling up your sleeves, and solving problems in a very hands-on manner.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist leadership team in driving key business outcomes and lead select projects independently.
• Help manage a variety of cross functional strategic initiatives working with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
• Conduct market research, synthesize findings, and work with team members to propose recommendations that shape the future of the company strategy.
• Help the team build strong relationships with investors, industry players, clients, and strategic partners to ensure the company is at the forefront of new industry developments.
• Help enhance the efficiency of senior management by establishing new processes and enhancing the efficiency of current processes.

What we’re looking for:

• 2-5 years of experience at a top tier company in management consulting, investment banking, or technology.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and the investment management landscape - particularly within the financial services, fintech, & crypto ecosystems
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - ability to distill complex topics into a concise, consumable format
• Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally with senior executives, analysts, and investors
