Web3 Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Development and coordination of the overall corporate strategy process
• Design, implementation and management of strategic projects across all phases, from analysis to concept development to implementation
• Development and realisation of new forward-looking business fields
• Scouting of new technological, methodological and content-related trends as well as start-ups in the blockchain, data processing capacity and data centre sectors
• Design and implementation of holistic strategies to ensure the long-term success of the company
• Responsibility for sub-projects including the presentation of results
• Generation of own ideas, among other things, for the further development of our service portfolio

Your profile

• You have a very good degree in economics such as industrial engineering, business administration or business informatics
• You have professional experience in strategy consulting/department or in-house consulting
• You have a strong affinity for numbers and data, as well as excellent moderation and presentation skills.
• Strong strategic thinking
• You have an eye for detail and strong analytical and abstract thinking skills
• Independent working >
• Affinity for the data processing and blockchain market
• Good IT skills incl. an ERP system, preferably MS Dynamics, as well as mastery of MS Office programmes
• Impeccable written and spoken German
• Very good written and spoken English
• Initiative, commitment and good communication skills
• Down-to-earth and confident manner
