Job description

We are looking for an ambitious student or recent graduate, eager to learn and to support us in a variety of departments at Finoa, ranging from Partnerships & Ecosystem, Marketing, Strategy, Operations or Project Management!

The role involves considerable exposure to internal and external stakeholders as well as highly complex strategic topics. Exceptional analytical skills and a curious mind will be key to succeed in this role, and comfortably engaging with stakeholders at all levels of organization is a must. The right candidate will be faced with a wide range of challenging tasks, promising a strong personal growth and a very steep learning curve.

Responsibilities:

• Support one of the teams in Partnerships & Ecosystem, Marketing, Strategy, Operations or Project Management in all day-to-day tasks

• Help managing cross-functional projects, lead sub-projects and gain insights into various departments

• Come up with creative ideas, solutions and concepts to improve our business strategy, customer satisfaction and accelerate growth of our international markets

• Take ownership of cross-functional tasks and lead initiatives that support Finoa’s global growth

Requirements

• 4th semester of Bachelor or higher in a field of Economics, Management, Law, Finance or similar

• Excellent command of English language

• Strong analytical skills, affinity for numbers and very good Excel skills

• Self-organizing entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to manage multiple high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment

• Prior experience in a consulting company is a bonus

• Interest in Fintech and up to date knowledge of the blockchain and crypto innovations are a big plus
