We are looking for an ambitious student or recent graduate, eager to learn and to support us in a variety of departments at Finoa, ranging from Partnerships & Ecosystem, Marketing, Strategy, Operations or Project Management!
The role involves considerable exposure to internal and external stakeholders as well as highly complex strategic topics. Exceptional analytical skills and a curious mind will be key to succeed in this role, and comfortably engaging with stakeholders at all levels of organization is a must. The right candidate will be faced with a wide range of challenging tasks, promising a strong personal growth and a very steep learning curve.
Responsibilities:

Support one of the teams in Partnerships & Ecosystem, Marketing, Strategy, Operations or Project Management in all day-to-day tasks

Help managing cross-functional projects, lead sub-projects and gain insights into various departments

Come up with creative ideas, solutions and concepts to improve our business strategy, customer satisfaction and accelerate growth of our international markets

Take ownership of cross-functional tasks and lead initiatives that support Finoa’s global growth
Requirements

4th semester of Bachelor or higher in a field of Economics, Management, Law, Finance or similar

Excellent command of English language

Strong analytical skills, affinity for numbers and very good Excel skills

Self-organizing entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to manage multiple high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in a consulting company is a bonus

Interest in Fintech and up to date knowledge of the blockchain and crypto innovations are a big plus
