Responsibilities

• Lead global TA systems and tools management
• Work directly with recruiting leadership, cross functional teams to determine the priorities around what tools and systems will be required to deliver successful TA delivery
• Work closely with Crypto.com’s internal Tech team to ensure all systems and tools align to company policy
• Create large scale organisational change and transformation programs to drive adoption and system usage
• Staying up to date with tools and next generation TA technology
• Design tools implementation programs to optimise and scale technology solutions

• 8+ years in recruiting technology and tools management
• Deep understanding of how systems and tools enable team development and capabilities
• Strong project management skills and operational rigor, with the ability to translate vision into action;
• Excellent cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate ambiguities autonomously.
• Experience in delivering large-scale technology transformations and implementation
