Parity Technologies is hiring a Web3 Team Assistant in Operations
Compensation: $54k - $100k estimated

As the company is expanding rapidly, we are hiring multiple Operations Team Assistants. As an active part of the Operations and Workplace team, you will get to know our internal processes and policies and you will focus on supporting our decentralised team(s) and/or department within Parity.
We are seeking various dedicated and well organised, energetic professionals who are happy wearing multiple hats and assisting a team and/or department in a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Be the first go to point (in person or virtual) for your assigned team/department for Admin related questions and requests
- Own general administrative tasks, e.g. prepare, file and update documentation, take notes during meetings and follow-ups, order business cards, schedule calls, manage spendings etc.
- Oversee accounts from tools/subscriptions requests, perform regular audits and user management, including monitoring costs
- Liaise with our Travel & Events team to organise team events and retreats to ensure relationship building and advancing with strategy
- Support team/department specific projects, e.g. optimise internal processes, conduct research to support executive decision-making
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of operations experience or worked in a similar role
- Great written and verbal communication skills with English (near-native level) and a minimum of B2 in German language
- Flexibility and adaptability in fast-changing environments
- You are a problem solver and have hands-on mentality
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest and implement improvements
- Knowledge of Google Apps (Gmail, Docs, Spreadsheets)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with project management tools like Trello, Asana or Github
- Interest in or even experience with blockchain or open-source software (OSS)
