Our Story: Our company, formed by the industry for the industry, is the first of its kind in North America. Eleox was conceived by a select group of companies that market and trade natural gas in North America, including: bp, Castleton Commodities International, Koch Energy, Macquarie Group, Mercuria Energy America, and Shell Energy North America. They have challenged the Eleox team with re-imagining the commodity trading environment by creating a technology-driven processing method.
Our Purpose: Our purpose is to accelerate the energy transition by creating THE TRUST layer for delivering physical commodities, and ultimately tracking carbon emissions associated with every molecule, electron, and other assets that power our world.
Our first milestone will be to modernize how natural gas trades get delivered and paid. We’re building enterprise software that uses distributed ledger technology (DLT) to eliminate outdated paper-based contracts and manual processes.
