Chainalysis is hiring a Web3 Technical Program Manager
Compensation: $87k - $150k estimated

The Strategy and Operations team is responsible for ensuring delivery of strategic projects and programs within Business Technology and Security to help Chainalysis achieve its mission. We are committed to developing a diverse team of builders, breakers and shapers to address complex technology problems in a novel, exciting space.
Technical Program Managers are really good at using technical expertise to work closely with engineers and business teams to deliver significant business-impacting products and processes. We measure success by how well you are able to support projects so that they are delivered on time and meet stakeholder expectations. More importantly, you will demonstrate that you have learned and developed new skills during the course of each project.

You partner effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder satisfaction
- You successfully support execution of new SaaS deployment plans by
- Gathering functional requirements
- Supports vendor evaluation against success criteria
- Plan and manage deployments
- Support post deployment operations
- Managing project schedules
- Communicating with stakeholders to keep them updated on project progress
- Prepare and deliver project reports
- You manage, resolve, or escalate all incoming general security support requests, and create plans for improving operational efficiency
A background like this helps:
- Experience directly in technology, coursework, or certifications
- 1 - 2 years of experience with SaaS deployment or software integrations
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence or any other project management tools and techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
