Who You Are
- Proven English fluency.
- Based in LATAM.
- +2 years of experience working as a travel agent.
- Proven English and Spanish Proficiency.
- Excellent handling of technology.
- Experience and savviness working remotely.
- Experience with online booking tools, such as Argo.
- Extraordinary teamplayer.
- Global mindset and ability to work across multiple cultures.
- We need someone passionate and with great energy to structure and constantly improve the travel area inside the company.
- Utmost discretion and maturity to manage information.

What You Will Do
- Assisting clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours etc.
- Providing personalized recommendations and advice based on client's preferences, budgets, and travel needs.
- Making sure about bookings, reservations, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Communicating with clients and offering assistance throughout the booking process and during travel if needed.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to provide accurate and relevant advice to Bitsonauts.
- Resolving any issues or concerns that may arise before, during, or after travel, such as flight delays, cancellations, or communication with the travel agency.
- Building and maintaining relationships with travel partners.
- Continuously seeking opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or products to enhance clients' travel experiences and increase revenue.
- Coordination of events Offsites organization.
- Conduct training sessions for internal users on the Online Booking Tool (OBT) and travel policies.
- Provide Bitsonaut's access to Bitso's Uber account when traveling.
- Provide monthly travel expense reports.
- Monthly financial reconciliation.
