Job Summary
The Virtual Recorder will provide control and play video for Crypto.com Arena, Microsoft Theater and LA Live Campus venues and events.
Essential Functions

• Execute video playback when directed. This includes following along with the event script, being prepared for the next video ahead of time, and playing out the video and/or video stack when needed.
• Know and confirm location of videos in computer system and media storage devices. Import new videos into the system.
• Review the show rundown sheet, which lists all the required videos and play times for the event.
• Confirm that all videos requested are present and test each to confirm that playback works for both audio and video.

Required Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, And Education)

• A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)
• A minimum of 2 years of related work experience with High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Highly organized; able to successfully handle multiple priorities, tasks and pressure.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a very organized and work well under pressure
• Must work well in a team environment
• Ability to work in various climates based on the environment
• Ability to demonstrate dependability and reliability by being punctual, working assigned and varying shifts, and completing responsibilities in a timely manner are required
• Ability to work at a computer station for the duration of the shift, using a mouse and keyboard.
• Must have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications (if Applicable)

• Live sporting event shooting experience is preferred
• Experience with digital/video playback systems a plus
