SO YOU WANT TO JOIN CANDY?

We are looking for a driven VP of eCommerce to join the Operations department. As Candy’s VP of eCommerce you will be responsible for online day-to-today operations connected to eCommerce accompanied with overseeing responsibilities for operating metrics and key performance drivers such as units per order, average order, sales, new buyers, repeat buyers qualified traffic and opt-ins and conversion.

Working in our Operations Department you will help fuel Candy’s success by demonstrating a manner that promotes and is aligned with Candy's vision, mission and purpose. You will play a leading role in identifying, recommending, and overseeing the implementation of new functional solutions to drive conversion. Above all, you will be responsible for helping Candy create a unique engagement with our site.

AS OUR MOST VALUABLE PLAYER, YOU WILL...

  • Develop and execute strategies for our operations department .
  • Study market trends to feature appropriate products as it relates to current and future inventory levels.
  • Drive efficiency in digital marketing spend, managing the budget from annual planning to daily reporting, and ensuring targets are met, and exceeded.
  • Build and grow the eCommerce practice leading strategy and performance marketing.
  • Oversee the development of programs with key retail partners and manage strategic relationships.
  • Manage full product lifecycle of existing and emerging site features, focusing on flagship experience, revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify, recommend, and oversee the implementation of new functionality and solutions to drive conversion.
  • Work in a collaborative and constructive manner with the team and cross-functional partners to ensure the business is best in class and the culture inclusive and collaborative.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • You have 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, ideally focused in sports, media, and/or popular culture
  • You have a strong preference for experience running an eCommerce platform in a high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Graduate degree (MBA or related) a plus.
  • A growth mindset
  • Previous financial services or start-up experience
  • An ease at presenting your work and explaining design decisions
  • A love of sports, collectibles, blockchain & crypto, and/or collectibles!
