About the role:

We are looking for an experienced VP of Engineering to shape the future of Injective Labs and help build out our global engineering team. This role will be responsible for long-term technology decisions and mission-critical architecture. They will take leadership on growing and developing the engineering team in line with the principles of Injective Labs. The ideal candidate would have experience constructing a team, scaling high-availability financial systems, and providing hands-on activity when necessary. Experience generating complex and comprehensive data-processing pipelines is a must.
