Foundry is hiring a Web3 Warehouse Associate
Compensation: $90k - $110k estimated

DESCRIPTION: The Warehouse Associate is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to join the team at Foundry, a subsidiary of the blockchain industry’s most prolific and active investor, Digital Currency Group. Reporting to the Sr. Logistics & Warehouse Ops. Mgr, the Warehouse Associate will be actively supporting the Warehouse Operations team on delivery and execution of projects. These projects will range from maintaining cleanliness standards to the Warehouse Operations team with inventory management, loading/unloading trucks, and other warehouse functions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Actively assist the warehouse manager in executing all aspects of daily facility operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
· Work closely with the warehouse manager to coordinate inbound deliveries and outbound shipments, optimizing processes for timely and accurate order fulfillment.
· Maintain a proactive and high level of communication with the Operations Team, providing regular updates on inventory status, order processing, and any operational issues or opportunities for improvement.
· Collaborate with the warehouse manager to uphold and enforce daily cleanliness standards, contributing to a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
· Demonstrate strict adherence to all safety protocols and procedures, proactively identifying and addressing potential hazards to ensure the well-being of all team members.
· Execute inventory cycle counts and physical counts as directed by the warehouse manager, always ensuring accuracy and integrity of inventory records.
· Work closely with the onsite repair team to manage inbound and outbound repair Dead on Arrival (DOA) units, facilitating timely processing and resolution.
· Assist in all aspects of the expanding Foundry 2.0 business unit as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs and priorities.
Minimum Qualifications; Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Ability to work on site in Fairport, NY
· Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively.
· Ability to bend, squat and stand for up to 45 minutes at a time.
· Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
· Forklift certification and/or willingness to undergo training.
· Ability to function well in a fast-paced start up environment.
· Ability to manage task/goal priorities and shift as company strategy evolves.
· Highly organized, motivated and goal oriented.
· Ability to learn new and dynamic operations practices and implement thoughtful improvements.
Preferred Qualifications; Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Interest and knowledge in cryptocurrency
· MS Office Suite knowledge
A range of compensation is provided for transparency, however different factors may affect this range. Some of these factors may include (but are not limited to) education, training, credentials, skills, geographic location, and experience. This range only includes base compensation and does not include other tangible benefits such as 401K match, bonuses, overtime pay, and other benefits.
Range of Compensation: $21.00-23.00/hour
