About You

The æternity Establishment is looking for a self-reliant and well-organized Marketing Project Manager to join the aeternity team. You will be responsible for planning marketing campaigns, delegating tasks to project team members, coordinating the team, and ensuring marketing projects are completed on time and within budget.
To be successful as a Marketing Project Manager, you should have strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Ultimately, you should possess excellent project management, analytical, and decision-making skills. Previous experience within new tech and blockchain community is desirable.

Responsibilities:
• Working closely with the CMO to create a strategic marketing strategy and mapping out the tasks needed to implement that strategy
• Understanding marketing mix
• Ensuring management is satisfied with the proposed marketing campaigns
• Collaborating across teams
• Setting up, implementing and continuously following through discussed strategy and activities in various online and offline channels. Sharing responsibility for co-scripting and managing content in corresponding channels
• Creating and managing a content calendar and scheduling deadlines
• Determining marketing campaign budgets and ensuring that all staff adheres to them
• Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the project, its products, and its base to implement effective marketing campaigns
• Managing and supervising marketing projects from beginning to end
• Preparing executive-level reporting on key metrics and project status and sharing updates regularly with leadership and other stakeholders

Requirements:
• 5+ years of program/project management experience and/or consulting experience.
• 2+ years of program/project management experience in Marketing is an advantage
• Fluent English skills in spoken and written form. Ability to produce complete, correct correspondence, proposals and reports
• Strong background with project management concepts, methodologies, and tools
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
• Adaptable to changing duties
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once, and work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to understand and identify opportunities for continued growth

A big plus
We welcome a personality that has a good understanding of open-source technology, its purpose and communities. Understanding of blockchain technology and how to apply the spirit of this technology to the project’s communication, but also explain to the average user the innovative approach of æternity. You should be willing to travel at least every three months to team workshops, meetups and conferences.
