Team Responsibilities
- Applies statistical techniques & algorithms to drive effective detection, analysis, defense of hacker attacks.
- Manage and track security projects, engage with cross-teams to provide security education and products for users.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on security incidents, create new incident report documents.Â
- Manage security cases, perform detailed analysis, and collaborate with analysts and engineers to reduce case volumes and minimize user asset losses.
- Draft new security requirement documents and track security product or technology improvements across teams.
Requirements
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
- Clear thinker and creative problem-solver, able to glean insights, develop a vision and bring it to life with actionable plans.
- Ability to prioritize tasks when faced with multiple deadlines and operate under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of case operation workflows, with the ability to handle complex cases systematically and efficiently.
- Proven expertise in fraud detection, phishing analysis, and an understanding of the dark web and illicit operations.
- Ability to thrive in an environment of rapid change, moving targets, limited resources, high intensity and cross-functional dependencies.
