Project Manager Launchpad Program
Core Responsibilities
- Manage projects in the spin-out/spin-up pipeline of the Launchpad Program:Â
- Support teams by being a sparring partner as as well as by organizing, structuring, planning and facilitating the project's progress throughout the incubation program
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external support functions such as finance, legal, product and UX experts, fundraising support and DevOps
- Create and maintain processes and resources around the topic of creating and nurturing new organizations
- Source and evaluate new projects
- Conduct thorough evaluations of potential projects, including assessing their viability, potential impact on the Ethereum ecosystem, team strength, and alignment with the broader goals of the EF
- Build and cultivate meaningful relationships with relevant people and organizations in the ecosystem
Required Skills & Experience
- Professional experience with incubation, acceleration or company building programs
- Experience building out organizational processes and identifying organizational needs
- Experience in managing projects with diverse stakeholders
- Good understanding of the (public goods) Ethereum space
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice-to-haves
- Entrepreneurial experience, e.g. through founding a start-up
- Proven track record of meaningful engagement with public goods or open-source communities
- Product or commercial company strategy expertise
- A professional degree related to innovation, change management, entrepreneurship, project management or comparable
