Role Description:
The Crypto Project Manager role is a full-time, remote position responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering blockchain-enabled game features and related infrastructure. This role oversees project timelines, scope, and resources across game, blockchain, art, design, and marketing teams, ensuring milestones are met and dependencies are managed. Day-to-day tasks include creating and maintaining project plans, tracking progress, managing risks and issues, coordinating with external vendors and partners, and facilitating communication across stakeholders. The Crypto Project Manager will help define requirements for NFT and token-related features, support testing and release coordination, and ensure compliance with internal standards and relevant industry best practices. This role also contributes to continuous improvement of delivery processes and supports transparent reporting to leadership on project status and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to drive tasks to completion, manage bottlenecks, and follow up on critical deliverables.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate workflows, assets, and cross-team dependencies across distributed teams and external partners.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review deliverables, validate quality, and ensure alignment with technical and design requirements.
- Experience with blockchain, NFTs, or web3 ecosystems, especially in gaming or digital assets, is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in fully remote, multicultural teams.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is preferred.
Base Salary: $190,000 - $270,000 annually
