Reporting to the Senior Manager Professional Services, you'll be responsible for:
Leading the full project lifecycle for Zscaler deployments, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources Identifying, mitigating, and resolving project risks and issues proactively Cultivating strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact Coordinating and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (technical consultants, TSM, sales, support, and Product Management) Ensuring timely, on-budget project delivery, maximizing customer satisfaction and value realization, and adhering to Zscaler's deployment methodologies
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
10+ years of robust IT project management experience, preferably within Professional Services or a consulting environment Proven track record of successfully leading complex enterprise software or SaaS deployments, especially in cloud security, networking, or infrastructure Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing diverse teams and clients Proficiency in various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and relevant project tools PMP or an equivalent project management certification is essential
