About Yield.xyz

Yield.xyz is the ultimate yield infrastructure for Web3 — every yield, every network, one API.

We unify staking, restaking, stablecoin, and DeFi yield across blockchains into a single platform that gives developers seamless access to diversified yield opportunities with full data transparency, frictionless monetization, and zero operational complexity. Pure plug-and-play.

Our infrastructure powers some of the biggest names in Web3 and fintech, including Ledger, Deblock, and 50+ leading wallets and platforms. And we’re just getting started.

This is an engineering role with meaningful ownership and real impact. We value contributors who take ownership and help shape what comes next, and are looking for someone who takes initiative and wants to help define what we build. If you possess deep technical ambition, want to shape the future of finance, and thrive in high-growth environments with autonomy and impact, we want to meet you.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to own engineering delivery at the intersection of product execution and client success.

This role is responsible for structuring how work flows through the engineering team; sprint planning and execution, prioritization, delivery predictability, and cross-functional coordination. You’ll also play a key client-facing role by translating external requirements into actionable engineering work, managing expectations, and ensuring integrations and launches are delivered on time with high quality.

This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly. You’ll work closely with engineering leadership and the Head of Operations to keep execution tight, risks visible, and delivery moving forward.

What You'll Do

Project & Sprint Management

  • Own sprint planning, execution, and delivery cadence across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Develop clear project plans including milestones, dependencies, timelines, and ownership in collaboration with engineering leads
  • Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and scope creep, and coordinate mitigation early
  • Maintain delivery visibility through clear, concise status reporting for internal and external stakeholders

Client Success & External Coordination

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, integrations, and ongoing delivery
  • Lead structured client check-ins to gather requirements, align on timelines, and manage expectations
  • Translate client needs into clear engineering tickets, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans
  • Coordinate launches and releases, ensuring readiness across engineering, documentation, and communications

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Coordinate across engineering, product, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities
  • Partner closely with the Head of Operations to align sprint execution with company goals and delivery commitments
  • Support execution on select cross-functional initiatives (e.g., operational improvements, process rollouts, audit-related execution) as needed

Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Ensure external documentation stays accurate and up to date as the product evolves
  • Maintain internal delivery documentation such as project briefs, project charters, integration notes, and execution plans
  • Continuously refine delivery processes, tooling, and reporting to improve clarity, speed, and predictability

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, delivery, or program management roles at high-growth startups (Web2 or Web3)
  • Strong experience running Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives
  • Proven ability to work closely with senior engineers and technical stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong async communication habits
  • Experience in client-facing roles, translating external requirements into technical execution
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-demand environments with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency with modern delivery tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, Notion, Asana, or similar)

Strong Advantages

  • Experience supporting technical integrations (APIs, SDKs, platform onboarding)
  • Familiarity with fintech, security-sensitive systems, or audit-adjacent execution (e.g., SOC 2)
  • Experience in Web3 or significant hands-on involvement in Web3 projects
  • Experience using AI tools or prompting techniques to accelerate documentation, planning, analysis, or delivery workflows.
  • Strong operational instincts and comfort improving processes rather than just following them

Why Join Yield.xyz?

  • Own how delivery happens at a critical stage of company growth
  • Work closely with engineering leadership and company operators in a high-impact role
  • Help power infrastructure used by major fintech and Web3 platforms globally
  • High autonomy, real ownership, and the ability to shape processes from the ground up
  • Fully remote team with a strong bias toward clarity, execution, and accountability

Eligibility & Authorization

This role is US-only. Only candidates currently authorized to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship will be considered.
