WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage the day-to-day business of our CEO, and act as his thought-partner for all issues across the company
  • Prepare CEO for meetings through background research and discussion with internal stakeholders
  • Shadow CEO across meetings, taking notes and diligently tracking/executing follow-ups
  • Effectively organize and prioritize CEO’s time, with EA support
  • Represent CEO, when appropriate, in internal and external meetings
• Ensure consistent and thorough follow-through on all CEO directives, and that company-wide quarterly / annual goals are being met
• Execute cross functional special projects, ranging from supporting business development deals to setting engineering strategy / roadmap
• Elevate CEO’s media presence and brand, in partnership with Marketing and Comms / PR
• Independently drive tasks and special projects to completion, coordinating across multiple business functions and leaders

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Bachelors Degree (MBAs welcome)
• 3-5+ years of total experience across consulting, banking, startup operations, and/or supporting C-level executives
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills
• Track record of success in building/implementing scalable business processes
• Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environments
• Ability to work in a Hybrid environment with onsite located in the NYC area

Salary Range: $152,200 to $192,600
