We are looking for a People Partner to join us! This role is a hands-on individual contributor position that combines end-to-end hiring with broad HR generalist and people partnering responsibilities.
You will work closely with business leaders and employees across the organisation, supporting the full employee lifecycle while helping the company scale in a fast-moving, regulated, and high-growth environment.
What you'll be doing:
Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment for selected roles across technical and non-technical teams
Act as a trusted People Partner to business teams, advising managers on performance management, employee relations, engagement, and day-to-day people matters
Support workforce planning and hiring priorities in line with business needs
Manage and continuously improve core HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, confirmations, employee documentation, and HR systems
Support the rollout and communication of HR policies, processes, and people programmes, ensuring alignment with Singapore employment legislation.
Partner with leadership on people initiatives such as performance cycles, engagement efforts, and organisational changes.
What we're looking for:
4â5 years of experience in a People Partner, HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar role, with hands-on recruitment experience as part of the role
Experience in startups, fintech, crypto, or high-growth technology environments with 0 to 1 implementation of system / projects / policies is strongly preferred
Good understanding of Singapore employment related regulations and practices
Additional experience in SEA labor legislation or hiring practices is strongly preferred
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (ATS, HRIS, PayrollâŠ)
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment with changing priorities
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise and the ability to balance operational execution as well
