We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team at Blockaid, a cutting-edge security startup based in New York. This is a part-time (50%) role that will support our recruiting efforts and ensure a seamless hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to ensure timely and efficient interview scheduling, communication, and candidate tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact between hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates throughout the interview process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, ensuring timely communication and smooth logistics.
- Manage candidate tracking, ensuring all candidate data is up to date in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates, keeping them informed of their application status and next steps.
- Support hiring managers with interview preparation, scheduling, and post-interview follow-ups.
- Assist in creating and maintaining recruiting reports and documentation.
- Help with other administrative recruiting tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruiting coordination or administrative support within a fast-paced environment (security or tech industry experience a plus).
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a dynamic work environment
