About Chainlink
Chainlink is the industry-standard oracle platform bringing the capital markets onchain and powering the majority of decentralized finance (DeFi). The Chainlink stack provides the essential data, interoperability, compliance, and privacy standards needed to power advanced blockchain use cases for institutional tokenized assets, lending, payments, stablecoins, and more. Since inventing decentralized oracle networks, Chainlink has enabled tens of trillions in transaction value and now secures the vast majority of DeFi.
Many of the world’s largest financial services institutions have also adopted Chainlink’s standards and infrastructure, including Swift, Euroclear, Mastercard, Fidelity International, UBS, S&P Dow Jones Indices, FTSE Russell, WisdomTree, ANZ, and top protocols such as Aave, Lido, GMX and many others. Chainlink leverages a novel fee model where offchain and onchain revenue from enterprise adoption is converted to LINK tokens and stored in a strategic Chainlink Reserve. Learn more at chain.link.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a career in people technology. You'll gain deep, hands-on experience across the full people technology stack, work on meaningful automation and AI projects, and develop skills that are highly valued in HR tech. We invest in your growth and want to help you build expertise in this space.
Your Impact
Systems Support: Administer Workday, Ashby, Pave, Lattice, and CompLink; resolve support requests with high responsiveness and ownership
Documentation & SOPs: Author clear, structured documentation including SOPs, solution descriptions, change management materials, and process guides
Continuous Improvement: Track support patterns, identify root causes, and partner with senior team members to drive lasting improvements
Data & Reporting: Build and maintain reports/dashboards; support data loads, audits, and compensation workflows
AI & Automation: Contribute to team AI initiatives, including agentic workflows and automation projects
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Recruiting, and Compensation teams to understand needs and deliver timely solutions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience
1–3 years in a technical, systems, or analytics role (internship experience is also welcome)
Self-sufficient: You solve problems using available resources before escalating; you come with context and proposed solutions
Customer-focused: You treat every request with urgency and care; stakeholders can count on your responsiveness
Detail-oriented: You manage multiple tickets without losing track; you're organised and thorough
Improvement-minded: You don't just close tickets—you identify patterns, root causes, and lasting solutions
Clear writer: You produce documentation that's structured, accessible, and genuinely useful to both technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborative: You work well with systems administrators and senior team members, seeking input and acting on feedback
Naturally curious: You're motivated to learn new tools, read documentation, and figure things out independently
Preferred Skills
Coursework or knowledge in databases, systems design, APIs, or data structures
Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, or HR analytics tools
Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, Asana, Jira, or Web3 concepts
