About Cryptoworth
Cryptoworth is a rapidly scaling software building the accounting and financial operations platform for the digital asset economy. Our customers include crypto-native funds, foundations, and financial institutions adopting digital assets. We believe finance is being rebuilt for a web3 world, and we're building the software that makes it work. We're opening our NYC office in early 2026 as we scale our enterprise go-to-market motion. This is a foundational hire for that expansion.
About the Role
You'll be the CEO's right hand starting as a high-performing Executive Assistant with a clear runway to Chief of Staff over 12–24 months as you prove ownership. Day one, your job is to remove friction from the CEO's life and keep the company's operating rhythm tight. You'll own calendar, communication, hiring coordination, OKR tracking, and daily ops. As you grow, you'll take on strategic projects, board prep, and cross-functional initiatives. This is not a role for someone who wants a defined lane. It's for someone who thrives on ambiguity, wants a front-row seat to a scaling fintech, and is ambitious about their own trajectory.
What You'll Own
Executive Support & CEO Leverage
- Manage CEO's calendar, inbox, and travel
- Prep briefs for investor, partner, customer, and hiring meetings
- Draft communications, board updates, and internal announcements
- Serve as the CEO's proxy in meetings when needed
Hiring Operations
- Run hiring pipelines - sourcing coordination, interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer logistics
- Own the recruiting CRM and keep the pipeline moving
- Help build the team as we scale
Daily Operations
- Own the weekly operating rhythm - exec syncs, follow-ups, accountability
- Track OKRs across the leadership team; flag misses early
- Monitor productivity systems and enforce policies consistently
- Vendor management and office coordination
Special Projects
- Own initiatives that don't yet have a home (tool rollouts, process design, ad hoc)
- Support cross-functional work as needed
- 2–5 years experience as an EA, Ops, or Associate at a startup, VC firm, or high-growth company
- Extremely organized. you never drop a ball
- Sharp written and verbal communication; comfortable representing the CEO
- Fast and hungry to learn
- Bonus: exposure to fintech or SaaS
What This Role Is Not
- Not a senior Chief of Staff role for someone who wants to skip the EA work
- Not a purely administrative EA role with no growth path
- Not a remote job. You'll be in the Manhattan office 4 (sometimes 5) days a week
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary
- Equity in a growing fintech
- Health, dental, vision
- Learning stipend
- Clear path to Chief of Staff comp within 12–24 months based on performance
Why This Role Matters
- You'll be the operating backbone of the CEO's work and the exec team's rhythm. If you're ambitious about becoming a Chief of Staff or senior operator at a scaling fintech, this is the fastest path we know.
