This intern will play a critical role in coordinating interviews, meetings, professional development trainings, and new hire onboarding—while gaining hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of HR. Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and time zones Assist with interview logistics, candidate communications, and calendar management Support onboarding processes, including preparing Day One itineraries for new hires Help organize and schedule professional development trainings and internal meetings Assist with basic onboarding and employee lifecycle tasks (documentation, tracking, follow-ups) Partner closely with the HR team to ensure smooth, thoughtful employee experiences
