We are ramping up at Gelato, and are looking for a hungry, enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us grow.

What you'll be doing:

  • Analysing open vacancies and understanding key assessment criteria
  • Reviewing and filtering applications
  • Sourcing high quality candidates
  • Managing candidates through the process (end-to-end)
  • Organising interviews and processes
  • All the above with a sprinkle of HR
  • Experience recruiting within Web3
  • 3 years experience in a recruitment role
  • Experience filling technical roles
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques
  • Solid work-ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced start up environment
  • Low ego, love to collaborate, open minded and great vibes
